Brand Reflection®
During this 2-day session, we facilitate a multi-disciplinary group from your brand through a process to develop long-lasting relationships with people through motivating marketing and social media initiatives.
Prior to the Brand Reflection process, we:
• Review all research conducted within the past 5 years
• Conduct research, if necessary, to understand people’s perceptions
• Review and analyze all current marketing communications
• Review and de-construct competitor’s marketing communications
During the Brand Reflection session, we’ll identify these motivational brand aspects:
• Brand Personality – leads tonality of all communications
• Brand Behaviors – leads to understanding the brand emotionally
• Brand-Customer Relationship – leads to brand loyalty
• Brand Dimension – manages people’s expectations
• Brand Soul – leads to strong connections
• Brand True Product – enhances customer understanding
• Single Word Equity – establishes the brand meaning
• Brand Sensogram – leads to pre-cognitive brand preference
• Customer Motivational Drivers – leads decision-making
• Need States Matrix – addresses customer need states
• Positioning Statement – creates differentiation and motivation
During the Brand Reflection Session, participants engage in group, team and individual work. The modules are progressive — each completed module leading to the next module’s exercises. We facilitate the group to reach consensus on each module prior to moving onto the next module.
Our deliverables include:
• Analysis of existing research, highlighting key insights and implications
• Analysis of brand marketing communications, with perception implications
• De-construction of competitor’s communications
• Development of Brand Reflection Session participant workbooks
• Facilitation of Brand Reflection Session
• Development of Brand Reflection Session Report, presented 1 week after the session
• Creation of 10 – 20 tagline recommendations, created after the session and included in the Session Report
• Development of Brand Action Plan, included in the Session Report
• Development of “Brand Voice” and “Brand Look” included in the Session Report
After Brand Reflection, we collaborate with your ad agency, web designer and/or design studio to tweak or develop brand communications that “connect with” people. We also work with your marketing team to develop a social media plan that enables your brand to develop new and enhance existing relationships with people.
